Workflow in two steps: (1) merge of the 3 photos into HDR image, (2) Tone Mapping to reveal highlights & shadows details in HDR image.

Note: Both steps done in Photomatix Pro, you don't need the Photoshop plug-in for it. The resulting tone mapped image can be saved as JPEG or 16-bit TIFF.
